Operations Manager: The Operations Manager oversees the daily operations of the motels, and they ensure that staff are meeting motel standards and that guests feel comfortable at the location. The Operations Manager ensures the building is clean and safe to work in and for the visiting guests.

Head Housekeeper: The Head Housekeeper is in charge of ensuring that all rooms in the motel are clean and prepared for incoming guests. The Head Housekeeper will give out room and floor assignments to the housekeeping team on a daily basis, and they will spot check rooms as housekeepers work on cleaning them.

Property Maintenance: The Property Maintenance person reports maintenance issues to the general manager and the area maintenance team. This position is responsible for maintaining the facilities onsite, and that includes checking the HVAC, electricity, and plumbing.

General Manager: The General Manager oversees the entire property team to ensure that daily operations are performed and function well. This manager checks in daily with each team in the motel to ensure they have the supplies they need and are meeting expectations.

Regional Maintenance Manager: The Regional Maintenance Manager oversees the maintenance operations for an entire region of Motel 6 sites. The Property and Area Maintenance staff report to the regional staff for large scale projects that need large budget approval, such as an entirely new HVAC system.
